What we collect

JobFrank stores account details, the résumés and job descriptions you submit, confirmed evidence, generated documents, review decisions, and limited usage and billing metadata needed to operate the service.

How we use it

We process your content only to provide the document analysis, matching, drafting, verification, and export actions you request. Customer content is not used to train models.

Private documents

Uploaded résumés, job descriptions, evidence, generated drafts, and exports are scoped to your account. Observability uses safe identifiers and status metadata rather than raw résumé text, job descriptions, or generated document content.

AI processing and subprocessors

Selected document content is sent to configured AI providers to perform requested analysis, matching, drafting, and verification. Generated text is a draft until you review it. Hosting, storage, authentication, email, payments, and AI providers process limited data on our behalf under their service terms.

Retention and deletion

You can delete documents or your account in Privacy & data settings. Product content is made inaccessible immediately and storage cleanup is queued. Encrypted backups are removed through the normal backup lifecycle within 35 days. Billing and security records may be retained where legally required.

Your choices

You may review, correct, export, or delete your product content. Contact support for access or privacy requests.
