Refund and cancellation policy

Cancellation

You may cancel a Pro subscription from Plan & billing settings. Cancellation stops renewal and Pro access continues until the current paid period ends.

Refunds

Monthly charges are generally non-refundable once a paid period begins, except where required by law. Contact support within 14 days of an accidental first charge or duplicate charge so we can review it.

Service failures

Failed generation, retries, edits, and exports do not consume another application. If a material service failure prevents use of a paid allowance, contact support for review.
