The service

JobFrank helps you tailor résumés and cover letters from evidence you provide and confirm. You remain responsible for reviewing every document and deciding whether it accurately represents you.

Evidence-backed edits

Every material résumé or cover-letter claim should trace to confirmed résumé evidence or something you explicitly add and confirm. If a job requires a skill or credential with no evidence, JobFrank may flag the gap instead of adding it for you.

Your responsibilities

Provide content you have the right to use, keep account access secure, and do not use the service to misrepresent qualifications, break the law, or interfere with the service.

No employment guarantee

JobFrank does not guarantee interviews, offers, employment outcomes, applicant-tracking-system rankings, or error-free generated text. The service is not legal, immigration, recruiting, or career advice.

Paid plans

Paid plans renew monthly until cancelled. Access continues through the paid period when cancellation is scheduled. Refund terms are described in the Refund and cancellation policy.

Billing fairness

Failed generations, retries, edits, and exports do not consume another application. Usage is counted when a valid application package exists.

Availability and liability

The service may change or be interrupted. To the extent permitted by law, it is provided without warranties and liability is limited to amounts paid for the service during the prior three months.
